About occupants
I'm a single male, Hamish, 37 years old and work full time. I have a 5 year old female Australian Bulldog, Phoenix, who is gentle and gets on well with people, as well as other dogs and cats. She is important to me, so anyone who moved in, would need to be a dog lover. I also have a male cat who is 18 months old, Jezza. He and Phoenix get on well together.

I am easy going, but also like to have my own space at times, so if you are someone who is quiet or likes to have a chat, I'm sure we could get on.

I enjoy cooking, also follow AFL and cricket.

I currently share with another single male, who works from home. He has a friendly, toy cavoodle called Jess.

We are looking for someone who is easy going and responsible.
Compatible people
I think people who think of their flatmates, with respect and consideration, are the best flatmates. You don't need to live in people's pockets, but you need to treat people with respect.
