It is a bit of an older home, but spacious. 2 living spaces, spare room set up for guests and then 2 rooms for you (the flatmate). Large garage should easily fit both our cars. Big walk in pantry and lots of kitchen cupboard space. It's a quiet court, walking distance to coles, 350m to bus stop, and 5mins drive to lots of shops. Robot vaccum to keep on top of the dust bunnies.
