The bedroom, overlooking the rear garden, is furnished with a queen size bed (bedding is available if required), built-in robe, chest of drawers, table, chair, bedside drawers, a television and is equiped with it's own heating/cooling system.

My home is quiet, peaceful, clean, tidy, smoke and drug free. There is off-street parking a security system including external cameras.
Unfortunately an electric bike or scooter can not be charged or kept on the property.
A bakery, pizza, kebab, fish and chip shops, a Coles supermarket, a number of gyms and walking tracks are all nearby.
Approximately a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and a 20 minute walk to Cranbourne railway station.
The kitchen is well equiped along with a seperate fridge and pantry for your own use.
