I'm a 38 year old woman looking for a respectful tenant to share my home. I currently have 2 rooms available:

* Unfurnished room: $220 per week, including bills furnished is $230 per week $800 bond both rooms close to bathroom and toilet.
A little about me: I work in aged care and live a quiet, tidy lifestyle. I aim to maintain a warm, homely environment rather than a typical share house atmosphere. I'm friendly and easygoing but generally keep to myself and respect the space and resting times of others and expect the same in return . I occasionally have visitors, but this is definitely not a party house.
I have no preference regarding age, gender, or background.
The most important thing is finding a reliable and respectful person who is a good fit for the home, that’s willing to partake in general maintenance of shared responsibilities and consideration of the shared spaces, I like to maintain a family feel environment for everyone within the home not shared house type atmosphere.
