Description of the home

Hi, we are Zoe and Jess. We're looking for a long term female housemate who is tidy, friendly, and up for a chat, as well as respectful of others.

It's a three bedroom home with open plan living. Large kitchen with stove and oven. Lounge and dinning areas. There is a patio which has been netted off to keep the cats in and small backyard (mostly concreted). Street parking available.

Local shops, cafes, and Mooroolbark station are a short drive away or a 15 minute walk. You can also book the Flexibus easily. I've found everything you need is very accessible.

I really enjoy living here. The area is quiet. The house is well set back from the road, so you can't hear traffic noise. There is underfloor ducted heating and a split system in the lounge room.

Bill are divided evenly and usually I organise payment every 3 months. Bills include internet, water, electricity, gas, and garden maintenance.
