This two bed unit is a short walk to Croydon Main Street. It’s been recently renovated. The main bathroom is 60% finished so looking for someone to join the household in a few weeks - once completed.
It is two bed, two bathroom and has a garage and carport. The garage is used as a home office and storage.
I do use the ensuite but as the shower is a bit pokey I would probably use the man bathroom shower (once it’s done).

Description of pets
I’ve somehow inherited two rescue cats who I’ve given ridiculous names. One is just a boy cat - will pee on things if he’s annoyed at you (very rare but keeps me clean) and a curvy girl who will do anything to sit in your lap.
