Hello, I'm on the lookout for someone to share the other room in my cozy 2 bedroom unit. The location is a nice quiet neighbourhood in Dandenong North where everyone keeps to themselves.
I am situated near Stud Rd and Heatherton Rd M1 entrances so it's really easy to get anywhere; also a 2 minute walk to the nearest shops, bus stop, and park; 5 minute drive to Dandenong Plaza.
Available for reasonable use: Washing Machine, AC in the living room, TV, unlimited Internet, stylish kitchen appliances.
Ideally I am after a single quiet female who is a friendly addition to the house, pay their rent on time, not wasteful, not be opposed to cleaning up after themselves, sharing in household chores and being respectful after certain times (weekdays standard 10pm-7am) as I work a full-time job.
