Home Description
Description of the home
There is a few bus stops very close by, theres every type of supermarket within a 5 minute drive, there is also a few takeaway options that are a 5 minute drive. Very close the the freeway and in a fairly quiet neighbourhood.
The house is pretty close to central Dandenong. I already have a fridge, washing machine, dryer, all the furniture you see in the photos. The house has a split system and inducted heating. The bedroom can come with the stuff in it or be completely empty.

I live with Luna, my 7-year-old Border Collie, who's a big part of my life. She's super friendly with people, especially if you've got food to share! 😂 She's a little funny around other pets though, so she'd probably prefer to be the only furry housemate.
I'm a big music lover and enjoy keeping active, working on my fitness, getting out and about, and spending time with friends. I love food and exploring the local area to see what there is to discover, although I haven't done much of that in the last year I've been here. I'm usually away every second weekend, so there'll be times when you've got the place to yourself.
I'm looking for a like-minded flatmate who's clean, respectful and easy to get along with. It'd be great to find someone who enjoys a relaxed home environment, where we can do our own thing but still have a chat, share a meal or watch something together from time to time.
Ultimately, I'm after someone who wants a comfortable home with good vibes, mutual respect and no unnecessary drama. If that sounds like you, we'll probably get along great!
Ideally, you're clean, considerate and happy to do your bit around the house. I'm not expecting the place to be spotless 24/7, just looking for someone who respects the shared space and cleans up after themselves.
You'll need to be a dog lover, as Luna is part of the deal! She's very friendly with people, particularly anyone willing to give her a treat, but she's not the best with other pets, so a pet-free household would probably suit best.
I'm open to living with pretty much anyone who's on the same wavelength, whether you're working full-time, studying or somewhere in between. Most importantly, I'm looking for someone reliable, drama-free and keen to make the place feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
