A spacious, tidy and relatively new 3 bedroom house in Derrimut. We're in a great location with a bus stop right outside, Deer Park station a less than 5 minute drive away and 10 minutes from Sunshine station if you need the metro line. Coles is only a 15 minute walk away and we are close to a few different shopping plazas including Sunshine, Deer Park, Derrimut and Cairnlea. We are also only a short walk from Derrimut gym or Jetts. There's ample on street or off street parking as it is a quiet street.
