About occupants
Currently doing arts in the music industry at RMIT, trying to get gigs and making songs. Working part-time at Crown and casual at another day job so during the semester I'm out alot. Love a good movie, jam sesh or even just drinks with the mates. Trying to work out more in my routine so happy to push or be pushed for the gym anytime. When it's not take out I'll do a shabby job in the kitchen but hey, I'm 'experimental'... happy to help out too lol. Just got a ps5 but not amazing at most of the games so keen to try with someone. I'm an ambivert so really social in phases (and when I have time) and in my shell at others. I try to keep a busy schedule but sometimes just have to let off some steam with a night getting wasted at somewhere you don't remember or even just cuddling up in my oodie and watching a classic with a full tub of icecream.

I'm pretty easy going and flexible to any sort of person really, so personal space and shared space can be respected. Just hoping for someone who's clean, pays rent on time and is respectful!
Description of pets
My part lab part kelpie crazy dog Archie! He's a medium sized 16kg 5 yr old with heaps of energy, but extremely well trained. Forget the basic stuff he knows speak, stand, play dead (with acting) and will do just about anything if you have a treat in your hand (or even say it). He'll jump on you when you come home and try cuddle on the couch but man does he shed so he's not allowed up most of the time (he'll do it anyway tho he's the boss). He does some weird tendencies, like pulling towards people to love them, freaking out at pedestrian crossing noises so I try walk him along the beautiful pier by the water to avoid it. Much more scenic anyway. He's really well toilet trained and never gone inside the apartment so he signals by standing at the door when wanting to be let out. I mostly make sure he gets at least 3 walks a day (2 short, 1 long) in between my schedule. In rare cases I may be out for extended periods of time and need you to let him down to go to the toilet so being ok with dogs is a requirement.
