-There is an off-site, undercover car park space available (great if you have a car)
-Water and gas is paid by the owner - only rent, internet and electricity has to be paid by tenants.
-Rent and internet is paid monthly, electricity is paid every 3 months.
Looking for someone to take over a new lease on this apartment as my current housemate is leaving. It would be starting on a month to month basis, however there might be potential to go to a fixed term contract (to be confirmed with the real esate agent and owner).
