About occupants
Am 40 years of age, fairly outgoing and very sociable. I run my own businesses as a Relationship Coach, and work from home/ or out at a cafe most days.

I also have 2 small longhaired sausage dog who are both very well trained and my absolute world! So if you've lived with dogs before and are a responsible person, this is an important factor.

I'm a gym junkie, tend to eat healthy, and surrounding myself with the right type of positive people is just as important to create a positive environment. I rarely watch t.v although I have a 60" t.v for entertainment use for the apartment if you want to watch movies etc.

I rarely have friends over but like to keep the place nice, presentable, and smelling fresh.

My apartment has a modern and classy vibe, so it's NOT for smoking, drugs or parties. Occasional friend over is completely fine of course. I am also very respectful of my flatmates privacy.

I am looking for someone that is mature and responsible, someone who I can get along with well, have a good chat with and is laid back. Basically I am looking for someone who has a positive vibe and is independent. I'm only looking for 1 occupant, over the age of 28 years, working professional, easy to get along with, down to earth and treat my apartment like it's their own in a respectful manner.

Wearing shoes into our home, not able to wash your dishes properly and putting them away and dropping food on the floor is a big NO NO.

The standard things of being tidy, neat, hygienic and cleans up after themselves, ( dishes and rubbish ) and I would be doing so myself. STRICTLY No-smoking or wearing shoes inside, I always want ensure apartment is in a presentable condition and maintains an uplifting environment for both parties :)
Description of pets
My dogs are very gentle, affectionate and cute. They are well behaved, toilet trained, DOES NOT smell as I look after them quite well. One is 4 years old and one is 4 months old.
