We have a double story townhouse in the perfect location. We're within walking distance to the supermarket/ Laurimar shopping town, Must bar is just around the corner, we have a football oval just over the road and surrounded by parklands and walking tracks too.
Downstairs is the main living area/ kitchen space, we are set up with a couch, huge TV, dining table, etc. there is also a 3rd toilet and laundry room too - we have a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, you'll have plenty of pantry and fridge space too. We love our little backyard, it's set up table/ chairs, fireplace, basketball ring and an ever expanding vegie patch. The bedrooms/bathrooms are all upstairs. We are set up with furniture, so you'll only need to supply your bedroom furniture.

Simon is 31 years old, working as a full time Firefighter. He's adventuress and outdoorsy, is a part time dad to a 9 year old to Lucas, he spends one weekend a month with us, usually out and about doing activities/ get aways.
I'm Lisa, 30 years old. I work full time in property management (from home at the moment). I love getting out and about, i'm an avid plant lover and owner of many house plants.
We both find ourselves away or out most weekends possible and lead fairly active social lives, but also love an evening house BBQ at home.
