Very close to public transport, bus stop is 50 metres from the house. Ten minutes to Mernda station. Westfield is 15 minutes on the train.
Laurima shops 5 minutes walk. Woolworths and just about everything you need.
Home gym in garage which anyone can use, I have multi gym, rowing machine and punching ball. Once we create a little more space I'll be getting an cross trainer and more free weights so no gym membership required.
