We are open to applications from people of all ages and persuasions. We are particularly interested in ambitious free-thinkers and innovators. The only stipulation is that we are only considering non-smokers. We are a "zero drama" household, so we’re looking for people who pull their weight and appreciate direct communication on any matters that arise.

Bills and expenses

In addition to the rent, we each chip in $140 a month into the rent account to cover auto-payment of all bills (including unlimited broadband internet), toilet paper and other shared essentials. No bills on the fridge! We have found that things run smoothly this way, and help to maintain harmony.
