An amazing area. A quiet park filled area situated between Richmond, Abbotsford, Fitzroy and the city centre.
Public transport in all directions closly situated. West Richmond or Jollimont. If you work in the city, only a short 10 min walk to the free tram zone.
The house is a beautiful victorian cottage that is surprisingly large.
Nearby are cafes and grocery shops inc. IGA, Aldi, Woolies, Coles and vietnamese supermarkets which are brilliant.
The house has air conditioning, and a bathroom downstairs you will share with one other person. We also have a second bathroom upstairs with a bath.
The washing machine is in the downstairs bathroom. We have NBN internet.
Copious amounts of street parking. There is a two hour limit and the possibility of a permit.
Please note; The leaving hosuemate will be taking numerous items, such as the couch/TV and one fridge etc. We are already in the process of sorting.

Generally we are busy in and out the house, but we try to get together for dinners, drinks and tv series binges where possible.
We are sociable and welcoming and when able to make use of the Darling Square park in front of the house for BBQs etc.
