Description of the home
The space: the apartment is on the first floor of a small apartment block (12 apartments). We have lovely neighbours, and you’ll regularly be invited to join for a social drink or snacks in the communal courtyard.
The apartment has two private stairwells leading to the front and back doors, and is light and airy, with separate lounge room, renovated bathroom, large kitchen/dining and separate laundry.
The available bedroom is medium sized with a very large BIR. Street parking is available if you have a car. We also have a secure garage which is used for storage, and you'd be welcome to use.
Location: Excellent location approx. 400m from Elsternwick Train Station, tram/bus stop and Glen Huntly road cafes and shops. About 10 minute walk to Elsternwick Park, or 20 min walk to Elwood Beach.
