Hi everyone, we have 1 private room (with own bathroom / ensuite) available for rent in an apartment in Elsternwick, starting 08 September 2025

The room has its own private bathroom/ensuite and also has a double/queen sized bed, study table and chair. For couples, extra $50 per week

Minimum stay is 6 months, but preferably 12 months.

Location is in Elsternwick (near Elwood, St Kilda, Caulfield)

- Great location at the corner of Glen Eira Rd and Elizabeth St (Elizabeth St is one of the best streets in Elsternwick)

- Safe neighbourhood and close to all amenities

- 600m to Ripponlea Train Station (9 minute walk) - 15 minute train ride to the city (Flinders St Station)

- Tram no. 3 to Monash University Caulfield Campus

- Tram no. 67 to the city (Melbourne University)

- Bus no. 623 direct to St Kilda (Luna Park), Chadstone Shopping Centre, and Glen Waverley

- 12 minutes’ walk to Elsternwick Village (Coles, Officeworks, shops and restaurants), close to parks

- There are only total 3 rooms in the apartment
