Hey there! I have a really great, spacious fully furnished bedroom available in my top-floor Elwood apartment.
The place is bright and homely, with polished floors and separate living, dining, and kitchen areas full of natural light.
There’s a big curved balcony that’s perfect for relaxing with a coffee or a glass of wine, all while enjoying treetop views and sunsets.
The bedroom is a decent size and light filled , fully furnished with fresh linen and towels ready to go if you need them.
You’re just a 10-minute walk from the beach, St Kilda’s Acland Street, and the awesome cafes on Ormond Road. Public transport is easy too — Ripponlea train station is about 8 minutes walk away, plus plenty of trams and buses nearby.
Free unlimited street parking is right outside, and the building is a quiet, small block of six apartments.
I’ve loved living here for 10 years and reckon it’s a pretty sweet spot. If you’re interested, drop me a line!
