I live in a beautiful, renovated apartment in an old 1865 mansion, a quiet setting in a small garden community in a lovely part of Elwood. The home has high ceilings and is spacious, fully furnished, warm and welcoming, with a well outfitted kitchen.

It’s walking distance to the St. Kilda Botanic Gardens, local farmer's markets, the beach, shops, restaurants. It is also close to trams and an easy walk to the Ripponlea train station.

The available bedroom is furnished currently but can be re-configured as needed to accomodate new flatmate — no furniture needed if short term stay is required (3 mo+), which I'm willing to consider. Great situation for someone travels or is looking for a part-time home in town.
