Description of the home

The property is a two bedroom apartment on the top floor (no lifts). It has high ceilings and beautiful views over the water from both bedrooms and the kitchen. What I love is that you can watch the sun rise from the balcony on one side of the property and then the gorgeous sunsets over the water from the other. It's fab :)

For public transport there is the tram into the city less than 10mins walk away, buses leave from just around the corner, and if you travel a lot the Skybus leaves a short walk away as well which is very handy. Being so close to the water there are Elwood and St Kilda beaches are a short stroll with easy access to bike and running paths etc.
There are supermarkets and St Kilda shops less than 10mins walk away as well. Please note the undercover carpark is a designated visitors park that is almost always free.
