We are close to nice and cheap eateries, cafes, etc.

We are looking for:

Well presented, respectful, good mannered, genuine, clean and tidy, working and or studying, happy people.

DETAILS:

There are 2 large bedrooms available for $300 and $320 per week with all bills and internet included.

The rooms are also available for couples for $190 per person per week with all bills and internet included.

No pets.

There is a 3 months minimum stay.

Bond is equivalent to two weeks rent.

Rent is paid two weeks in advance.

Two weeks notice to vacate.
