Hello Lovelies,

Our bright and beautiful furnished apartment in Elwood is available for a 4 month lease from the end of June 2025 (with the possibility to extend up to 6 months if that would be preferable).

It’s a spacious 2 bedroom home, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a double futon. It is located across the road from an oval and wetlands, a short walk to the vibrant Elwood Village and 600m from Beach Road. You will have access to the whole place which includes a warmly lit living room with park views, a spacious and shady outdoor area, a bathroom laundry (with washer and dryer) & seperate toilet and a kitchen and dining area.

$600 per week excluding bills.

We do have a parking spot however it only fits a small car, but there is plenty of off street all day parking available.
