Hallway leads down past first bedroom (yours) which catches the sunlight and lovely outlook very pretty will comfortably fit a double bed and wardrobe chair etc.. Although not large it’s a gorgeous quant room with such a pretty large window and view,
Largish kitchen huge windows with lovely outlook, the lounge is large with a sweet balcony that allows for peaceful sitting and watching the sun go down.
This is a very beautifully decorated space I am an artist so it’s colourful and creative without being cluttered.
I values quiet time and also enjoy a laugh chat too, it is not a social party house more a place to reset recharge and feel safe and calm.

This flat is pure bliss it is a top floor apartment sunny and inspiring, I love to get to the gym in St Kilda and swim and do Pilates then go into the ocean most day.
I enjoy Ormond road cafes and meeting the lovely locals.
I work in the mental health support industry and am a jewellery designer about to start up my business again as time permits which is exciting.
I have a sense of humour am very easy going sensitive to the needs and feelings of others and need to have my home safe and quiet so as to recharge and be able to relax.
I respect and value others privacy and am extremely house proud keeping my environment tidy and clean and cosy at all times which reflects a calm and relaxed mind.
