Public transport is a ten min walk to Ripponlea st or trams St Kilda rd or Acland St plus several bus routes.
This beautiful top-floor apartment is flooded with natural light throughout. The bathroom has a separate shower and separate toilet .
The room on offer is large main front bedroom with built in robes and large wall to wall windows. Pls note there is storage in wardrobes on high shelves that I have used as my room does not have a wardrobe. I have several shelves on offer and bedside tables for the room which are really nice too.
You will need to have a bed and whatever else you need or want extra 😊.
The kitchen is a good size with huge windows and a lovely outlook. The lounge is very spacious and opens onto a sweet balcony — perfect for a zone out with a coffee.
Fully set up for you to move in and relax:
Washing machine, fridge, microwave, Nespresso mini machine with frother, sandwich press, and other quality kitchenware. Curtains and rails, new lighting, and night lights fitted through some rooms and hallways. A lot of care and investment has gone into making this a genuinely comfortable, easy place to unpack and settle into — I also take care of all liaising with property/maintenance.

This flat is pure bliss it is a top floor apartment sunny and inspiring, I love to get to the gym in St Kilda and swim and do Pilates then go into the ocean most day.
I enjoy Ormond road cafes and meeting the lovely locals.
I work in the mental health support industry and am a jewellery designer about to start up my business again as time permits which is exciting.
I have a sense of humour am very easy going sensitive to the needs and feelings of others and like to have my home safe and cosy so as to recharge and be able to relax.
I respect and value others privacy and am extremely house proud keeping my environment tidy and clean which reflects a calm and relaxed mind.
