Hello Lovelies,
My bright and beautiful furnished apartment in Elwood is available for a 5-6 month lease from the start of June 2026 (can be flexible with dates and commence from start of June if preferred)
It’s a spacious 2 bedroom home, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a double futon. It is located across the road from an oval and wetlands, a short walk to the vibrant Elwood Village and 600m from Beach Road. You will have access to the whole place which includes a warmly lit living room with park views, a spacious and shady outdoor area, a bathroom with seperate toilet and a kitchen and dining area.
$620 per week excluding bills.
We do have a parking spot however it only fits a small car, but there is plenty of off street all day parking available.

Bills and expenses
Bills for gas and electricity are generally pretty inexpensive, however if you use the heaters and clothes drying machines more frequently they will obviously be a bit more expensive. We also have high speed wifi connected which is $70/month (this can be disconnected if you don't want it).
