My bright and beautiful furnished apartment in Elwood is available for a 2-4 month lease from the 1st of August 2026.
It’s a spacious 2 bedroom home, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a double futon. It is located across the road from an oval and wetlands, a short walk to the vibrant Elwood Village and 600m from Beach Road. You will have access to the whole place which includes a warmly lit living room with park views, a spacious and shady outdoor area, a bathroom with separate toilet and a kitchen & dining area.
$620 per week excluding bills.
Comes with off street parking for 1x car and then there is also street parking available.

Bills and expenses
Bills for gas and electricity are generally pretty inexpensive, however if you use the heaters and clothes drying machines more frequently they will obviously be a bit more expensive. We also have high speed wifi connected which is $70/month (this can be disconnected if you don't want it).
