Fully furnished 4 bedroom house in Epping. Myself and my wife stay in the master bedroom with bathroom attached. At the moment, one bedroom is vacant. There is a common bath and toilet for the paying guest. Common kitchen, family area and formal lounge. Backyard covered by pergola also have a big shed, solar panels on roof and spa in common bath.

The house is very centrally located and walking distance to shops, plaza, trains, church, schools and northern hospital etc..

Bills and expenses

We charge 212.50/$ per week which includes all amenities like electricity, water, gas, laundry, wifi, and Netflix. Each bedroom is fully furnished and comes with a bed, built in wardrobes, desk, night lamp and chair along with a 42"TV wall mounted. Guest does not have to pay one dollar more then what's stated. For smokers, we have a big pergolo in our backyard where they can sit comfortably with chairs and a table.
