Bedroom would take a queen size bed comfortably but would obviously minimise space. I don't have NBN internet. If I want to utilise internet I hotspot my phone. You could do this from your phone too.
If you are seeking temporary accommodation I am open to your desired length of stay.
I'm happy to extend max stay beyond 6 months if we have happy conducive living!

Cosy and compact home like feel in a Villa unit. Everything provided except for a bed/mattress/bedding.
Its like a little village within our villas but we help each other out and respect each others privacy.
3 min walk to Glenbervie station or 6 min walk to Essendon train station which is 17 mins to CBD or 5 min walk to tram ride to Melbourne CBD.
The living space beyond the bedrooms is rather compact so looking for an easy blend. A place for everything and everything in its place!
Whilst the add does mention no off-street parking there is an option for off street via laneway which can be discussed.
