Description of the home
We're looking for someone to move in and take over the master bedroom as I'm leaving the house in the next 2-3 weeks. The lease does expire in April however the intent is for it to be renewed - we have a fantastic relationship with the real estate agent and are confident the lease will be getting renewed come April.
Ideally, you'd be happy with going on the lease when it's renewed, but not an issue if you'd prefer not to. Looking ideally for a move-in length of 12 months.
House details:
- 3-bedroom town house - you'll be taking over the master bedroom highlighted on the floor plan. This room is very spacious and can easily fit a King-sized bed, desk for working from home, and other furniture with an enormous wardrobe
- 3 bathrooms, you'll have your own ensuite attached to the room which has a shower - there's also a downstairs laundry/toilet combo
- 59 tram line is about a five-minute walk and takes you into city/Melbourne Central
- Craigieburn train line/Essendon train station is a 10-minute walk away
- 15-minute walk to Moone Ponds Central, Essendon is just up the road as well. OTR a few minutes away for anything urgent
- Free parking on the road just outside the house - normally plenty of spaces available. Garage is up for discussion with the other flatmates, there is also undercover parking available within the townhouse complex
- Kitchen has a large number of appliances which you're welcome to use, similarly dishwasher and laundry are available. Free to use television etc. downstairs as well

Ideally looking for someone who is down to earth and tidy. Whilst not against it on the occasion, we're not looking to turn the place into anything too loud - rather keeping it as a place to come back and unwind after work.
