We've got one bedroom available in a contemporary double-storey rear sub penthouse apartment in a boutique complex. Move-in date is May 7th (we can do earlier if needed). We're looking for a third housemate to join the lease, which runs through August 5th, 2026.

Note: This listing is advertised with the agent's approval. The successful applicant will go through the agency's application process to add to the lease.

I've furnished some of the common areas, though some items will be taken by outgoing housemates. You're welcome to bring your own furniture to set things up as you'd like.

THE APARTMENT & ROOM

Your room is bright and comfortable, with spacious mirrored built-in robes and air conditioning. You'll be sharing a bathroom with Deepak. A queen bed and mattress are available—we can include them if you'd like, or you're welcome to bring your own furniture.

Secure entry with video intercom. Off-street parking available with permit.

Rent is $240/week + bills (without parking).
