Description of the home

Room in a 2-bedroom townhouse/apartment up for grabs for 12 months. Price includes all bills. Room certainly big enough for a double and a desk set-up, without feeling cramped. It isn't cavernous though, so just keep that in mind if you are inquiring. Has built in-robes. In a quiet leafy spot, only a 5 minute walk from Station Street shops, so great location. High St , with all its cool bars and restaurants, is just 5 minutes away.

Space is great to relax in, and has good light, as it gets the afternoon sun through the windows. Fully furnished, except for your room. I'm a teacher in my late 30's so I work fairly long hours. Fairly open-minded and non-judgemental. Would prefer male/female in a similar position who is happy to socialise at times, but equally happy to go about their own business and can respect a reasonably orderly and quiet household. The usual etiquette! Also help if you don't have too much that needs to be stored, as there is not a whole lot of space left in the storage bay.
