I’m looking for a person to join me in a gorgeous, light filled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit in Fawkner, that I own.

The unit is a 5 minute walk to Bonwick St IGA, pharmacy, cafes and family-run grocers, Sydney Rd buses to the city, 10 minute walk to Gowrie train station on the Upfield line, 15 minutes walk to Merri creek trail for bike rides and spectacular sunsets. Fawkner is a beautiful, family oriented suburb, and we are closely located to the newly renovated leisure centre and library.

My lovely home has polished wooden floorboards, sleek updated Bosch kitchen appliances, European laundry, a deck for balmy summer evenings and a veggie patch I’m currently working on.

The whole house is currently furnished. Your room can come with a double bed, bed side table and a small desk with a chair.
