Description of the home
The house is a spacious home in a quiet neighborhood of Fawkner. It is a lovely house with citrus trees in the backyard and graced with neighborhood birds. There are multiple shopping strips just a few blocks away with grocery stores, restaurants and cafes.
We are also a 10min walk to the beautiful Merri Creek trail where there are miles of walking and cycling track with fresh air and open space. I take my dog Scout for walks there everyday.
Our train is the Upfield line, Fawkner Station.

The house has a large clean kitchen. The bedrooms are carpeted with the rest of the house having tiles. There will be three occupied bedrooms along with a nice lounge room with a T.V. and a dining room next to the kitchen. There is a washing machine and second toilet.

You must be LGBTQ+ friendly and be drama free. Be willing to help with chores without being prompted. Be a good person. Be nice. The house is 420 friendly. Must enjoy big dogs. Scout is a sweet dog but can get rambunctious at times.
When I’m home Scout is with me and can be put in her cage or in my room anytime she is bothersome. I don’t expect everyone to have to put up with her high jinx like I do.
