Description of the home
The house is a spacious home in the quiet neighborhood of Fawkner. It is a lovely house with citrus trees in the backyard and graced with lots of neighborhood birds. There are multiple shopping strips just a few blocks away with grocery stores, restaurants and cafes.
We are also a 10min walk to the beautiful Merri Creek trail where there are miles of walking and cycling track with fresh air and open space. I take my dog for walks there.
Our train is the Upfield line, Fawkner Station.

The house has a large clean kitchen. The bedrooms are carpeted with the rest of the house having tiles. There is also a nice lounge room with a dining room next to the kitchen. There is a washing machine and second toilet as well.

You must be LGBTQ+ friendly and be drama free. Be willing to help with chores without being prompted. Be a good person. Be nice. You must like dogs. Scout is a really sweet dog and will follow you around looking for pats. She is an indoor/outdoor dog and can be put outside or in her cage if she is bothersome.
When I’m home Scout is with me and can be put in her cage or in my room anytime she is bothersome. I don’t expect everyone to have to put up with her high jinx like I do.
