This house has so much soul! It’s the cosiest house ever.
The house is fully furnished- except for the room.
Room 1 is the master and has an enormous wardrobe and a big window.
Room 2 is set at the back of the house and has a big window facing east with lovely morning light.
Has a an ikea king single day bed that pulls out into a king bed that can either stay or go :)
It has two lounges, two dining areas and a massive kitchen.
It also has a study where I have a little desk for arts and crafts.
Lots of nice natural light and indoor plants.
Nice deck out the back and a low maintenance garden.
5 minute walk to Ferntree gully train station, cafes, eateries and shops. (Can’t really hear the train which is great!)

My bestie is moving in with her partner so I am on the search for 2 new housemates.
I’m 33, friendly, easy going and independent.
I like doing my own thing but I’m very warm and happy to have a chat :)
Common sense, awareness and mutual respect of the shared living spaces is a must!
Ideally looking for a clean, courteous, friendly, and fun person to join our home.
I enjoy catching up with friends and family, exploring the hills, watching shows, crafting and having a laugh whenever I can.
I have a friendly and loveable Boston terrier who lives with me half the week. She is clean and has minimal shedding which is the best.
Bills are split equally.
Potential for a pet if it’s the right fit.
