Description of the home

It’s a 3-bedroom house located on a quiet street of Ferntree Gully and close to shopping centers, bus stops and trains station. Plenty of street parking is available. There will only be 3 people maximum living in the house.

There are two very spacious single rooms available now. The rent will be $235/week and 245/ week, respectively.

The mater room with its own bathroom is also available for $260/ week.

The water, gas, electricity and internet bills are included in the above. 4 weeks’ bond and 4 weeks’ rent are required to be paid in advance.

I am looking for housemates who are ok to share the regular cleaning to keep the house tidy and clean and meet with the following requirements:
1)Someone with a stable lifestyle and routine, who is calm, clean, respectful and reliable
2)No Drugs
3) No Alcohol
4) No Smoking
5) No Pet
6) No visitor stays overnight & not expecting many visitors
7) Students and working professionals who have stable jobs Only
8) Good rental references are required
9)Police check will be required
