Home Description
Description of the home
Built in 2020, this apartment has all the creature comforts including an excellent dishwasher and washing machine, open kitchen/living area, and balcony with phenomenal views towards the city. I can honestly say anyone who has ever come to see this place (friends, family, prospective flatmates) have been blown away by how nice it is.
Number 96 and number 11 tramlines are on either side of the apartment and, being in Fitzroy, it is obviously surrounded by some iconic bars and restaurants. There are also plenty of gyms and studios that are almost next door (one on either side, one out the back, and one across the road).
First few pictures are the agent's (hence why they are better quality but do not have any furniture) and the rest are of the apartment as it currently is.
NB: if you need a carpark, there is a spot for $50 a week, but that rate may have changed since I last checked (I can ask again if that is a gamechanger for you).
