Looking for a new housemate to join our 3 bedroom home in Fitzroy. Move in 20/5. You would be the third on the lease. Rent is $967/ month excluding bills. The lease is rolling and has been so for the past 10 years or more. Our housemate is leaving after 8 years to go live with his partner. Some stuff about us:
* We are both gay dudes in our mid-late 30’s and are LGBTIQ+ friendly
* Prefer single and older crowd.
* Sometimes have friends over for pre-drinks or dinners but not a party house.
* One of us works weekend mornings.
* We are pretty sex positive, welcome living with sex workers but house is not suited to incalls
* Both creatives, enjoy our little garden, enjoy maintaining a pleasant home environment.
* Tidiness, as a gauge, there’s often dishes in the sink but they usually don’t stay there long. We have a cleaning bee or pay for a cleaner/ negotiable.
* Both value our space and alone time at home. For this reason people with regular WFH arrangements may not be suitable, not really a space we wouldn’t get in your way. This point may be negotiable for the right person.
