A small bedroom has become available in our Fitzroy shophouse dwelling. I run the clothing boutique downstairs and sublet the upstairs residential space. Currently, we have Sebastian living upstairs who works and studies full time in architecture, and looking for a suitable housemate to share the space. He has rented the small bedroom, and we have a large bedroom available.

There’s no garage available, but the property is valid for parking permits with the Yarra city council for street parking if you have a car. There is always ample permit parking on Gore Street which is very close by.

Sebastian is a lovely, quiet and respectful guy in his late 20's, originally from Columbia but here in Melbourne long term, on a student visa and planning to start a life here. He has a background in architecture and currently studies civil construction. He takes care of the apartment well and makes for an excellent housemate.
