I’m looking for a new housemate to join me in a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. You’ll have your own bathroom, plus access to a big balcony, shared kitchen and living room, and storage.

The apartment is in an amazing spot with pretty much everything on your doorstep:

• Cafés & wine bars
• Brewery & restaurants
• Gyms & a cinema
• Doctors/medical nearby

Transport & nearby areas:
• 96 tram right outside the building
• 14 min walk to Lygon Street
• 20 min walk to Sydney Road

Perfect if you like having everything close and still being able to get into the city easily.

• 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms – we each get our own bathroom
• Large balcony (would love to use this more for plants / morning coffee / wine nights)
• Shared kitchen and living room – looking for someone who actually wants to use and enjoy these spaces (film nights etc)
• Storage available
• Parking garage – spots can be organised via a third party if needed

Rent: $1477 monthly
Bills: split even
Move-in date: 1st week January 2026 (can arrange few days sooner if needed)

👋 About Me

I’m 36, work in social work, and I’m pretty chill, friendly like to socialise and chat but also respect each others personal space

A few things I’m into:
* cups of tea or grabbing a pint or a wine
* anything film related
* live gigs and discovering new restaurants or bars
* discovering cool and unique things around
* during the week like to swim and paddle

🌸 Looking For

Ideally, I’m looking for a female housemate, late 20s to mid 30s, who is:
• Kind and considerate
• Wants to build a home, not just have a place to sleep
• Happy to share a glass of wine or make a meal together sometimes
• Also has their own life, friends, and interests
• LGBTQIA+ friendly
• Progressive in your thinking
• Bonus points if you have a green thumb and want to help turn the balcony into a little jungle 🌱

No couples or pets at this time, sorry.
