Beautiful Furnished Room Available – From 04 July
I’m looking for someone to enjoy my lovely apartment while I’m travelling over the next couple of months. Ideally, I’m looking for someone until September, with the possibility of staying longer if it suits us both. I should be in and out, but I am trying to be out of the country as much as I can.
📍 Location
Located on Nicholson Street with the 96 tram right outside, giving you direct access to Parliament, Bourke Street (CBD), Southern Cross Station, South Melbourne Market, and St Kilda. Fitzroy, Brunswick and Carlton are all just minutes away, with fantastic cafés, restaurants and parks nearby.
🏡 The Apartment
A bright, fully furnished apartment with beautiful natural light throughout the day. The bedrooms enjoy lovely morning sunshine, while the living area and balcony stay bright and inviting throughout the afternoon.
Features include:
Beautiful swimming pool, Sunny balcony with BBQ ,Fully equipped kitchen (Nutribullet, Tefal appliances, large fridge and pantry essentials), Spacious lounge and dining area , Fast Wi-Fi, Secure building in a friendly, safe community.
🛏 Your Room
You’ll have your own furnished bedroom (pictured) with a comfortable queen bed, three large storage drawers underneath, wardrobe space and beautiful morning light.
I’ll be staying in the second bedroom but will be travelling quite a bit, so you’ll often have the apartment largely to yourself.
If you’re looking for a comfortable, peaceful home in a fantastic location, I’d love to hear from you. Feel free to send me a message with a little about yourself and any questions you may have.

I own my own business here in Melbourne, but after not travelling much over the last few years, I’ve decided this is the year to finally get out and explore. My first trip is to visit my family at the end of July, followed by a friend’s birthday overseas, before returning to work and then heading off on my next adventure as soon as I can. Because of that, I’m hoping to find someone who’d like to make this place feel like home while I’m away.
If you’re able to move in sooner rather than later, that would be ideal, as it would give us a chance to get to know each other before I start travelling.
