I’m heading overseas for three months and subletting my room in a modern three-level townhouse. It’s fully furnished, so just bring your suitcase, ideal if you’re new to Melbourne and finding your feet.

The details

Rent: $500 per week
Dates: Available from the 23/10/26 - Mid Jan 27 (can be flexible on this)
You’d be sharing with one other flatmate who is a busy working professional, keeps to himself a lot but is friendly, welcoming and clean.
