Hey there, I'm Brenton and have lived in this sweet little house for 11 years. I'm heading overseas between July and October and looking for an individual or couple to sublet the house during this time.
My front bedroom will be locked but the second bedroom is yours and you will otherwise have full access and use of the entire house during your stay. The house is fully furnished and there's a nice queen size bed in the available room.
THE CATCH - I have two Burmese kittens - one lilac girl 4 y/o and another little blue girl 3 y/o. The girls pretty much run the house and look after them. I'm looking for someone who will love and care for them while I'm away - feeding daily and ensuring they get some outdoor time during the day and are safely locked inside at night. They're absolutely darlings and will provide incredible companionship, esp during the chilly winter. I'll pay for all their food and needs while I'm away. The asking rental price for the entire house while I'm away is discounted to reflect the effort required to look after the girls.
