The apartment is light filled and north facing with incredible views.
We’re a 15 minute drive to the city and it’s right next to the Maribyrnong river walking trail.
There are 3 really good cafes, a laundromat and an organic grocer just outside the front door.
The train station is 10 mins walk, bus stop is 2mins walk and there is street parking around the area if you have a car.
You will need to fill out forms to be approved by the property manager, but you don’t need to be on the lease, we can go month to month
