Good day:
Room for rent with private bathroom in Melbourne CBD, Northbank Place Central Building. Apartment with excellent view of the surroundings and excellent location. It is located two blocks from "Southern Cross Station", the "Crown Casino" and the "Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Center". In addition to 2 stops by tram to Flinders station.

The room already includes a double bed and nightstand, the apartment as such includes:

-All basic appliances and some additional ones.
-Balcony
-Smart Vacuum
- Wifi
-Storage avaliable for large items or belongings.
- Living room with 75-inch TV, XL sofa and dining room.
-PlayStation 4 so you can play / log in Streaming accounts (If you don't have you can use mine, Netflix, Disney, Spotify, Amazon Prime and Crunchyroll)

The idea is to find a calm, organized, neat and responsible person(s) who works and/or studies. Meetings can be held without any problem (respecting volume levels that do not disturb the tranquility of the neighbors). Currently the parking spot is rented but if the person needs it we can get an agreement.

The rent is $1900 PER MONTH for Single person or 2400 for couple with BILLS INCLUDED and the bond would be $1200. The apartment would be shared only with me, if you have any further questions please contact me at inbox.
