Description of the home

Available from 10the June Tuesday. Our house is located in central Footscray within 5 minute walk to the station, Coles, Savers, Kmart and Footscray’s diverse cafe and restaurants. I work full time from the office so not at home that often. And away 3-4 days a week too. For a student this is perfect opportunity to have the house to themselves most of the time. I respect other’s privacy but happy to say hello and be social from time to time. House has all modern kitchen equipment, spacious bathroom(shared), washing machine, dryer and nice front and back garden. Room has portable heater and morning sun. Looking for either students or a single person who is neat and tidy. Inspection timings are after 6pm on weekdays and mornings on weekends.

Room is only available from 10 the June to 10th August with slight flexibility. If you need more information let me know.
