Available from 10th May Saturday. Our house is located in central Footscray within 5 minute walk to the station, Coles, Savers, Kmart and Footscray’s diverse cafe and restaurants. I work full time from the office so not at home that often. For a student this is perfect opportunity to have the house to themselves most part of the day. My partner who is currently working overseas visits Australia every 3-4 months (next end of July/early August) so for a week or two you will be sharing with 2 other people. We are both active professionals and respect other’s privacy and can be social from time to time. House has all modern kitchen equipment, spacious bathroom(shared), washing machine, dryer and nice front and back garden. Looking for either students or a single person who is neat and tidy. Inspection timings are after 6pm on weekdays and mornings on weekends.
