We’re looking for a friendly new flatmate to join our comfortable 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. The room will be available from 8 June, as our current flatmate is going back home.

The room is fully furnished and ready to move in. It comes with a queen bed with a very soft bamboo topper, a table and chair, and basic room essentials. You’ll also have your own bathroom, as we have the ensuite room and won’t be using yours.

The apartment is already fully set up, so you don’t need to bring much. We have a TV, air conditioning, all kitchen utensils, pots and pans, toaster, kettle, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, and oven — basically everything you need to feel at home.

Location-wise, the flat is close to West 48 cafe, so please check the location and see if it suits you. It’s a really convenient spot:
3-minute walk to the bus stop
Around 10 minutes to the train station
IGA within walking distance
Easy to get around and not too far from everything

We’ve found the area to be very peaceful, quiet, and safe. It’s much calmer than other places we’ve lived — no loud noise, very little foot traffic at night, and a relaxed neighbourhood feel.

The length of stay is flexible. We’re open to discussing short or longer stays, as long as we know ahead of time how long you’re hoping to stay.

We’re respectful, quiet, and easygoing, but still friendly and approachable. We’re hoping to find someone similar — clean, respectful, relaxed, and happy to share a peaceful home.

We also have a cat, a Ragdoll x Russian Blue, and he’s an absolute sweetheart 🐱 So ideally you’d be someone who likes cats or is happy living with one.
