Price of a room starts at $300.
The price will vary depending on the length of stay and location of room. Its all negotiable. It's a large house that's just been built. It has plenty of space and lighting allowing for privacy and/or socialising with other housemates/guests if that's what you like doing.
All rooms are:
Studio bedrooms furnished with small courtyard/balcony, shower, toilet and built in/walk in robes.
A small kitchenette/larder is also contained within the room with a small 90ltr bar fridge although no actual cooking allowed in your room (fire and health hazard!)
Two large separate and modern communal kitchens and coined laundry also available for general use.
Close to all facilities including Vic Uni...Yarraville Gardens is just down the block as is bus and train station. Footscray central shopping centre is within walking distance and provides cheap groceries, heaps of restaurants, bars and clubs and other great things you'd expect from a shopping strip (including K Mart). Police Station and City Council is also just a block away too!
Did I mention the Community Arts Centre precinct is also just a block away as is the Maribyrnong River and the walk and scenic views it offers?? Yes, it's in a great location!
Entrance to the new Veloway for cyclist is just a block away if you want to cycle to CBD (which is about 6km away) Two service station just one block away in either direction of the house are open 24/7 that can supply all essential food and small miscellaneous item in an emergency. Don't be mistaken, the house is on a very quiet street.
Females are encouraged to apply...really...please! There is passive security on the property, 24/7 emergency call all out service and daily presence of reception staff. (It's a house not a Motel)
A great place for short to medium type stays (anything up to a year..or maybe more) and would even suit longer term stays which are highly encouraged.
It's all new and fresh! It's a big house housing good, responsible and friendly people in a superb location overssen by friendly and accommodating owners.
