Housemate 2: Hi, I'm Shayan, 30 yo male. I work 6 days a week, 4 days as an accountant and 2 days in hospitality, so l have a busy and structured routine.
I'm an early bird and go to the gym at least 4 times a week. In my free time I enjoy nature walks around Blackburn lake, reading, and learning. I'm also a CPA candidate, so I spend a lot of time studying for my exams.
I'm into cars, fitness, and self-improvement. At home I'm generally quiet, clean, and respectful, and I value a peaceful, comfortable home.
I'm easygoing, friendly and I respect personal space. I believe good communication makes a great share house.
Interested in occasionally sharing meals.
Good at communicating openly and respectfully, negotiating and compromising to maintain a healthy living environment.
Into living sustainably - conscious consumption, aiming toward zero waste, using resources - power/water/food wisely.
Bonus points: You enjoy tidy/organised communal spaces and would like to join in with projects. I run a community food cupboard in the front yard, occasional help with this project would be appreciated. It also has the added bonus of some free food for the household.
