This house is located in a prime location next to Karingal Hub and a stone through away from the Mornington Peninsula Freeway.
A 9 min drive to Frankston Beach.
Walking distance to Karingal Hub.
Shops and everything you need is a 2 min walk away.
Very quiet and safe street as it is a court so no traffic unless it's the neighbours.
The house is already equipped with everything you'd need in your everyday life, fridges, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, split system air conditioning and heating.
Best thing about this house is that we have 2 living areas and a dining area too.
Kitchen is pretty wide and comes with all equipment too.

Outdoor backyard is great for having a BBQ and friends over too so it's a plus. There is also a closed outdoor space for winter time. From the front there is a front yard at the top of the Garage which is downstairs on street level.

Bedroom available with or without bed and bedsides.

Electricity, Gas, and Internet Bills are all included in the rent price (usually would be $50/week - that's included for ease of mind).

- Queen size bedroom with built in robe: $300/week +$50 for couples.
- Queen size bedroom with built in robe + Chest of Drawers + TV Cabinet (More Spacious Room): $350/week +$50 for couples.

4 week bond should be paid before moving in.
Rent could be weekly fortnightly or monthly

Inspections could be scheduled any day.
