Superbly located on Frankston’s city fringe, you will love the retro vibe of my little share-house.
It is an easy walk to Monash University, Frankston Hospital, Bayside Shopping Centre, PARC, the beach, Chisholm Institute and public transport. The house is minutes away from everything Frankston has to offer and there are some great cafes and restaurants in walking distance.
And then there’s table tennis 🏓 too if you feel like a bit of fun!

The house is fully furnished and all you need to bring is your bedlinen and personal items.

Your room:
Light and airy, freshly painted, new blinds, King single bed, mattress, desk and chair, built-in wardrobe.
There is a shared bathroom (between 2) with bath, shower, toilet, and vanity, with continuous hot water, a comfortable lounge with ambient log fire (electric), kitchen, laundry, sunroom, and big yard. The house has ducted heating and evaporative cooling, plus ceiling fans in living areas.

No pets are permitted.
Parking is available out the front of the house (not that you’ll need a car as it is so central)
$235 per week (this rate will be changed to $280 pw when third housemate moves out, or if there are only 2 of us living here for a short period), so you will need to budget for $280 for times when there are only 2 housemates.
Bond is $1021.13.
Minimum stay is 5 months.
Rent is payable fortnightly or weekly.

About the occupants
You will be sharing with two housemates - Etis and me (Riley). I am 22 and doing an electrical apprenticeship after several years working in the healthcare industry. I don’t smoke or drink and I spend a lot of time at the gym. I love learning other languages and I am trilingual, fluent in French and conversational Spanish.
Etis is 18, studying at Monash Uni. She likes reading comics, drawing, and watching dramas and is very focused on her uni studies. Etis is bilingual, speaking Mandarin. It is a quiet but friendly house!
Compatible people
We are looking for a housemate who is respectful and tidy. This is not a party house and is unsuitable for smokers… and strictly no drugs. This house would really suit either a student or full-time professional working at Frankston Hospital and our new housemate must be female, as you will be sharing a bathroom with Etis and I have my own.
