Description of the home

The house is a lovely, bright and sunny freestanding house with a beautiful big garden. The neighbours are lovely young families, it's a quiet and peaceful street and close to all the amenities. There's plenty of off-street unlimited parking and a bus stop not too far away.
It's a calm and peaceful place, I'm growing a small veggie/herb garden in the backyard, and we also have some outdoor gym equipment in the backyard.

Location: We're super central, in the middle of Frankston, close to:
Frankston Station (6 min drive or 25 min walk), and also close to Monash Peninsula Campus (5 min drive) and Frankston Hospital (8 min drive), Bayside Shopping Centre (6 min drive) and Frankston Beach (8 min drive).
